Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of consultants and add qualified profiles to the bench.
Work on all visa categories including OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC.
Coordinate with Bench Sales and Recruiting teams to support placements and consultant marketing.
Required Skills:
✔2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
