Develop your pitching strategies for different customers for consistently improving your closing ratio
- Maintain records of calls, customers and sales and update the CRM
- Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Do daily follow-ups with customers and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation by investigating problems, developing solutions and resolving customer complaints
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
