Customer handling experience preferred, bigger scale
- Define plant quality strategy and annual quality objectives.
- Own customer satisfaction, customer complaints, and customer PPM.
- Approve plant quality policies, standards, and procedures.
- Review plant quality performance and conduct management reviews.
- Lead customer audits, IATF audits, and management reviews.
- Approve major corrective actions and improvement projects.
- Develop annual quality improvement and cost reduction plans.
- Approve manpower planning, training, and competency development.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and top management on quality issues.
- Review plant quality risks and approve escalation decisions.
- Drive quality culture, Zero Defect initiatives, and business excellence.
- Review and achieve plant quality KPIs and customer scorecards.
