Salary

B.Pharm Fresher: ₹15,000 | B.Pharm 1+ yr exp: ₹18,000 | M.Pharm: ₹22,000 /month

Languages

Telugu (fluent) - Hindi (working) - English (basic) — all mandatory

Service Bond

Minimum 1 year - 15-day training, confirmation after validation

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and authenticate uploaded prescriptions; check patient details, dosage, and drug interactions before approving orders
- Maintain digital prescription logs and dispensing records as required under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940
- Oversee receipt,



storage, and dispensing of scheduled and OTC medicines
- Maintain batch-wise stock records (expiry, batch no., quantity); perform periodic physical verification
- Flag near-expiry and slow-moving stock for procurement review
- Maintain statutory registers — Form 6, 7, 8, 19, 20 as applicable
- Liaise with Telangana State Pharmacy Council and CDSCO for license renewals and inspections
- Handle customer queries on dosage, substitutions, and OTC alternatives via phone / chat
- Prepare ADR reports and support audit preparedness as required

Qualifications:
- B.Pharm from a PCI-recognised institution
- Valid registration with Telangana State Pharmacy Council (or eligible for transfer)
- Sound knowledge of Schedule H, H1, X, and OTC drug classification
- Ability to read prescriptions and identify drug interactions
- Basic computer skills — MS Office / Google Sheets
- M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice / Pharmacolog
