- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Drive all clinical educational programs for respective zones
- Assist the National Clinical Manager in the various projects like establishing centres of excellence, creating and managing advisory boards, DFU Clinics, Care Clinics, creating clinical evidence, influencing national / regional guidelines, conducting high impact clinical programs etc.
- Provide market feedback on customer or product issues experienced in the field and also areas of interest or potential research for future product development
- Provide clinical and technical support to the internal team or partner stakeholders. This includes problem-solving,



provision of technical details for tender preparation, product demonstrations and any questions of a clinical or technical nature
- Regularly liaise with the Global Learning Centre, Product Development, Medical Affairs and Applied Research such that a wide view of the organizations educational and technical activities can be maintained
- Ensure the Clinical Manager’s own clinical expertise and qualified competence remains current and relevant so that the role’s primary objective can be met
- Field work with the sales team on a regular basis
- To represent the organization in various national and international conferences and share the latest developments in the domain
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of industry/clinical/technical issues to facilitate development of clear, concise materials
- Represents the organization in delivering education to internal and external stakeholders.
