About the Role

As a Telesales Executive at AutoEmpire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective car buyers and sellers.



You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test drives, and ultimately closed deals. Your energy, persuasion, and follow-through will directly determine your incentives and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

▪ Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers sourced through digital campaigns, walk-in data, and referrals

▪ Handle inbound enquiries promptly and convert interest into actionable leads

▪ Proactively identify customer intent, qualify leads, and prioritise hot prospects for immediate follow-up

▪ Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and valuation appointments with precision

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

▪ Deliver accurate, compelling information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and ongoing offers

▪ Address custom
