Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development:
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Build custom functionalities and backend modules.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.

Performance & Security:
- Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
- Implement WordPress security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive functionality.

Technical Understanding & Support:
- Have a solid grasp of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Understand the full SDLC — from design to deployment and delivery.

Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and QA teams.




- Participate in project planning and technical discussions.
- Maintain clean, documented, and reusable code.

Pre-Sales & Requirement Analysis:
- Work closely with business development to assess leads.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with potential clients.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimations for proposals.

Qualifications:
- 6 Months - 2 Years of WordPress development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
