We are looking for smart, hands-on, ownership-driven people who are excited to grow with a business that is scaling fast.
- Take full ownership of all plant operations including production planning, scheduling, output, and
efficiency
- Build and enforce QA/QC systems, SOPs, and GMP compliance from the ground up
- Lead the current factory setup including equipment commissioning, regulatory clearances, and team ramp
- up
- Hire, train, and manage the production team with clear KPIs and daily performance accountability
- Drive OEE improvements and systematically reduce production downtime and material wastage
- Coordinate with supply chain on raw material availability and production target alignment
- Maintain all statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance for the manufacturing facility
- Lead 5S, energy efficiency, and housekeeping initiatives on the shop floor
- Provide weekly production dashboards to the leadership team
- Collaborate on new product launches with the Founder and Operations Manager
