About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates.

Content Planning & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to create engaging content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Create content briefs and campaign ideas for the creative team.

Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.




- Generate leads through paid and organic social media strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Build and engage online communities.
- Monitor brand reputation and customer feedback.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Experience running Meta Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of content marketing and brand management.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
