We work closely with municipal corporations, industrial clients, and commercial complexes to make urban spaces cleaner, healthier, and more liveable.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Business Development Intern to join our founding team. This is not a standard desk job. You will work directly with leadership to identify growth opportunities, pitch mechanized sanitation solutions to B2B and government clients, and help scale our field operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential commercial, industrial,



and residential clients requiring mechanized cleaning, waste management, or operations and maintenance (O&M;) services.
- Client Outreach & Pitching: Assist in drafting professional business proposals, presentations, and tender responses for corporate clients and municipal bodies.
- On-Field Client Meetings: Visit potential sites, meet with property managers, factory heads, and procurement officers to pitch Swachh Sanitation’s value proposition.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction.
- Operations Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales pipeline and our ground operations team to ensure smooth service delivery for newly onboarded clients.
