- Target Achievement: Meet the mínimal sales milestones and performance metrics defined for the 6-month provisional window to secure your management transition.
- Client Advisory: Analyze customer needs, provide tailored life insurance solutions from PNB MetLife’s product portfolio, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Agency Building Preparation: Learn the core competencies of recruitment, training, and team leadership required to manage your future team of advisors effectively.
