Business & Team:CBA India is responsible for servicing multiple brands and business units across the Group; delivering a highly flexible operations, technology and data management functions, outstanding customer experiences and better risk outcomes. This is achieved through process management and a cross-skilled, capable workforce.

Retail Operations is responsible for the decisioning, fulfilment,



and settlement and servicing of retail lending products across CBA and forms part of the broader Retail Operations team.

The Retail Operations function delivers effective outcomes by being dedicated to operating and enhancing processes, ensuring we deliver a highly flexible operations environment, outstanding customer experience and better risk outcomes.

Consumer Finance Operation is an integral part of Retail Operation Business who assist the retail bank customers in underwriting for customers who have applied for an unsecured product. To support our focus on improving customer experience, team members will need to support our customer in a 24/7 environment.
