Role is accountable for ensuring that system changes, automation solutions, and business processes are aligned with SOX, Internal Audit, Risk, and Security requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and build through CRP, UAT, parallel running, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Business Project Senior Analyst is responsible for the governance processes associated with business project delivery for the Finance and Accounting organizations. Responsibilities include elements of project management, status tracking, communication with workstreams and external stakeholders, content development to support communications, documentation of project artifacts, and facilitation of training and testing events. This individual will work with users, technology partners, other project team members, and workstream teams.

Controls Security
- Lead access governance and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews, including sign-off on provisioning requests, SoD ruleset configuration,



and identification and escalation of conflicts such as upload-and-approve capability overlaps and dual-access risks during parallel running and cutover.
- Ensure CS coverage is maintained across all project lifecycle phases — CRP, UAT, parallel running, and go-live — coordinating with workstream leads to confirm scope, design build and test coverage ahead of go-live.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation including control narratives, RCMs, automation descriptions, and evidence references; lead discussions with control owners to confirm ownership and evidence generation in future-state environments.
- Prepare workstream status updates, risk and issue reporting, and governance materials for the CS Workstream Lead and program leadership; serve as the primary point of contact for controls, security, and compliance-related queries across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
