Key Responsibilities
- Travel with and shoot the principal at darbars, kathas, events, and daily activities, handheld, run-and-gun, interviews, and b-roll.
-Capture broadcast-quality footage and clean field audio; manage gear, batteries,cards, and on-location backups.
- Shoot vertically and horizontally simultaneously, where possible, to feed both Shorts and long-form content.
-Hand off organized, tagged footage to the editing team daily.
-Manage on-the-ground, real-time social posting (Stories, Reels, community updates) during events.
- Coordinate with press, media, and event organizers; manage interview and photo logistics, as well as the on-site media schedule.
-Act as the on-site brand guardian, ensure messaging, optics, and coverage conduct remain respectful and consistent; flag and manage reputational sensitivities promptly.
-Liaise daily with the central Content, Editing, and Design teams: relay whatʼs happening and whatʼs needed.
-Professional videography skills (DSLR / mirrorless/cinema cameras, gimbals, field audio) and dependable field execution.




-Photography; basic on-the-go editing; prior experience supporting public figures, events, or media houses.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Good to have)
- 3+ years in field videographyand/or PR around public figures or events.
- Qualified videography skills (DSLR / mirrorless / cinema cameras, gimbals, field audio) and dependable field execution.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.:
- Nice to have:photography, basic on-the-go editing, prior experience supporting public figures, events, or media houses.
- Strong communications and PR judgment. Calm, presentable, and discreet around a public figure.
- High culturaland religious sensitivity.:
- Willing to travel extensively and work irregular hours on site.
- This is a lifestyle commitment, not a 10-to-6.
- Ready to relocateto different renowned shoot locations as per the need.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
