We’re looking for a dynamic Tele Counsellor to join our team Your role is to drive sales growth by connecting with existing and potential customers, handling queries, and promoting our products and services over calls.

Responsibilities:
- Call existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Process orders and record call details professionally.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience as a Tele caller/Telemarketer preferred of 2 to 5 years is must.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and customer service abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Academic counseling: 2 years (required)
