- Senior CPaaS Architect

As a Senior CPaaS Architect, you will be at the forefront of redefining how global enterprises engage with their customers through next-generation communications platforms. CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) empowers organizations to deliver secure, scalable, and impactful messaging, voice, and digital engagement solutions across multiple channels—enabling seamless, personalized experiences at scale.

In this pivotal role, you will architect and drive the evolution of CPaaS solutions, integrating advanced AI, automation, and omnichannel capabilities (SMS, voice, video, chat, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and more) to meet diverse business needs. Leveraging cloud-native technologies and robust security frameworks, you will ensure that platforms are resilient, compliant, and future-ready, while minimizing integration and operational complexity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders—to shape strategy, align with regulatory requirements,

Solution Design & Architecture
- Provide architectural guidance for the global IT landscape, collaborating closely with analysts, engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Decide between custom-built solutions and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products, ensuring optimal fit for business and technical requirements.
- Provide efforts and cost estimations for IT solutions
