Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on banking fundamentals, financial products, customer service, and digital banking
- Prepare training plans, session schedules, and learning materials
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and role-plays
- Guide students on career pathways in banking and finance
- Coordinate with the placement team to align training with job market requirements
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and remedial support to learners
- Maintain student progress reports and attendance records

- Introduction to Banking & Financial Services
- Savings & Current Accounts, Loans, Insurance Products
- KYC, AML, Compliance & Risk Management
- Digital Banking, UPI, Mobile Banking
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Soft Skills: Communication, Grooming, and Interview Preparation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry




- Prior experience in training/teaching is highly desirable
- Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with youth from underserved communities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.)

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible for part time trainers)
- Location: Auxilium Skills Academy - Pune Center
