About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer who combines creativity with execution. This
role is for someone who enjoys turning ideas into compelling visual experiences across
digital platforms. You'll work on social media campaigns, brand assets, motion graphics, 3D
visualizations, and next-generation creative projects including drone shows.

What You'll Do
-Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other
digital platforms.
-Create static posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and marketing
collateral.
-Produce motion graphics and short-form videos for social media campaigns.
-Develop 3D concepts, product visualizations, and animations using Blender.
-Assist in designing drone show formations, storyboards, and presentation visuals.
-Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into engaging




visual content.
-Ensure designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of
creativity.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
-Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI creative tools, and industry best
practices.

Required Skills Design
-Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, color theory, and visual
hierarchy.
-Ability to create clean, modern, and impactful designs.
-Robust attention to detail and consistency.

Software
-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Illustrator
-Adobe After Effects
-Adobe Premiere Pro
-Blender (Modeling, Lighting, Animation, Rendering)

Social Media
-Experience designing content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and
other digital platforms.
