Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing fabrication production operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, productivity improvement, cost control, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end fabrication production activities
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor fabrication processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Lead and supervise production teams, supervisors, and shop-floor staff
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
- Analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance
- Resolve production-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding,



and manufacturing operations
- Production planning and resource management expertise
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of quality systems and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing operations
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in structural fabrication, heavy engineering, steel fabrication, industrial equipment, or manufacturing plants
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, lean manufacturing, and process optimization

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
