Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, Purchasing of materials:
- Experience in commercial buildings, infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and Valuable communication skills.
- Experience in MEP / EPC / Infrastructure / Smart Building projects.
- Familiarity with tendering processes in government or private sector projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
