Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across all online channels.
- Process and coordinate customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate.
- Work with the marketing team on SEO, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
