Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance professional to manage the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of a gas-based Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure reliable operation of Gas Turbine, HRSG, Steam Turbine, Generator and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Lead plant start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting and emergency response activities.
- Monitor plant performance, availability, heat rate and fuel efficiency.
- Coordinate major inspections, overhauls and maintenance shutdowns with OEMs and contractors.
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, spares and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental and Nigerian statutory requirements.




- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare operational, maintenance and performance reports.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 8-15+ years of experience in power plant O&M;, preferably in gas-based CCPPs.
- Solid hands-on experience with Gas Turbine, HRSG and Steam Turbine systems.
- Experience in plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and major overhauls.
- Good knowledge of DCS, electrical systems, instrumentation and Balance of Plant equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with OEMs/EPC contractors is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Nigeria and in a plant/shift environment.

Pay: ₹19,745.50 - ₹95,000.00 per month
