About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Time Keeper to join our construction project team at DTC Good Earth. This is a critical role that ensures accurate tracking of labour attendance, contractor billing verification, and compliance with statutory requirements. You will be the central point for all time and attendance management across multiple contractors at our site.
- Track and maintain accurate records of all labourers working at the site across different contractors
- Verify and reconcile contractors' daily bills against time attendance records
- Act as the compliance watchdog by reviewing time submissions and flagging any inconsistencies or discrepancies to department heads
- Manage complete documentation for labourer registration, including KYC verification
- Generate and maintain security attendance reports
- Oversee labourer ID card generation and distribution
- Operate and maintain attendance software systems
- Prepare and manage labourer time sheets
- Ensure compliance with ESIC, EPFO, and other statutory labour regulations




- Maintain systematic records and generate reports as required

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Time Keeper in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
- Sound knowledge of labour compliance requirements (ESIC, EPFO, etc.)
- Experience with attendance management software
- Sharp eye for detail and ability to spot discrepancies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors and site teams
- Ability to handle documentation and maintain organised records
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
