We're hiring a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end government and industrial tendering, from tender search and BOQ analysis to bid submission and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Search, review, and analyze government/private tenders (eligibility, specs, BOQs, commercial terms)
- Prepare tender analysis reports and support bid/no-bid decisions
- Draft technical, commercial, and compliance documentation for submissions
- Conduct BOQ evaluation and quantity/commercial verification
- Submit bids via GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement platforms
- Track corrigenda, deadlines, and maintain tender records

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate: MCA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent

2-5 years in tendering, bid management, or procurement support

Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal, and e-tendering systems

Robust BOQ analysis, documentation, and analytical skills

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools

Preferred Industry: Infrastructure, EPC, Civil Engineering, Water & Sewerage, Power, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
