Your Role:
- SAP Service Delivery Leadership - Lead SAP AMS engagements with ownership of service delivery, client management, and governance.
- Program & Operations Management - Manage program planning, issue/risk resolution, budgets, P&L;, financial reporting, and delivery milestones.
- Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, ensuring stakeholder alignment and service excellence.
- Agile Team Leadership - Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor team members, and drive successful project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.




- Transformation & Continuous Improvement - Drive automation, operational efficiency, quality controls, process improvements, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Your Profile:
- Overall Experience 9-12 Years needed.:
- SAP Techno-Functional Expertise - Solid hands-on experience in SAP modules with ECC and S/4HANA exposure.
- SAP AMS & ITSM Experience - Minimum 5 years in SAP Application Management, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Delivery & Financial Management - Experience with P&L; ownership, budgeting, SOW creation, financial reporting, risk management, and program governance.
- Leadership & Agile Practices - Proven experience leading teams, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master desirable.
- Automation & Service Excellence - Experience driving automation, transformation programs, operational improvements, and working with ServiceNow/
