- Introduce new products and innovative recipes
- Innovate and develop new pastry or bakery items when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a bakery, café, or restaurant.
- Robust knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert production.
