Key Responsibilities
- Install digital payment sound box devices at merchant locations.
- Onboard new merchants and complete the required documentation.
- Explain product features and assist merchants with device activation.
- Visit assigned areas to identify and acquire new merchants.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with retailers and business owners.
- Resolve basic merchant queries and provide support when required.
- Meet assigned installation and sales targets.
- Submit daily activity and visit reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, telecom, fintech, banking, FMCG, installation, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
