- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs and career opportunities
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and inquiries
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
- Handle fee collection and admission-related processes
- Resolve queries related to courses, programs,
and enrollment procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
*Required Skills:*
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the EdTech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
