Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of fasteners.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working workplace.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Designing, implementing, and refining production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for production operations, including process flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Preparation of CAPA, KAIZEN, OEE,
MTTR & MTBF Documentation.
- Preparation of Oil Consumption Report, Major Breakdown Analysis Reports, andCritical Spares sheets.
- Troubleshooting the problems during the formation of products on machines.
- Preventive maintenance of all cold-forming machines.
- Troubleshooting the maintenance problems on forming machines.
- Arrangement of raw materials according to planning.
- Arrangement of all tools according to the monthly planning of products.
- Maintain tools consumption and their life records.
- Preparation of daily production report.
- Maintain the 5S system on all machines.
- ERP entry of all job cards completed on machines and handover of those job cards tothe respective departments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the fasteners industry.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- A
