Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle client queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Collect client feedback and ensure continuous improvement in services.
Sales & Business Development
- Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and closures.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue objectives.
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with Design, Operations, Production, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
- Track project progress and keep clients updated.
- Support the team during event execution and ensure client expectations are met.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain client databases and sales records.
- Update client interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and closures.
