Job Title: Store Manager / Store Keeper - RMC Plant

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 5-6 Years

Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all transactions in Nway ERP.
- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock transfer records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, preservation, and identification of construction materials, RMC raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Accounts, Plant Operations, and Project Teams.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store area.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in store management within the Infrastructure, Construction, or RMC industry.
- Mandatory proficiency in Nway ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store documentation.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
