The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Handle end-to-end processes and related tools in order to achieve business goals.
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards
- Open to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with scheduling flexibility supported through advance notice and accommodations where possible
- Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
- Support and implement improvement ideas in order to increase process efficiency.
- Monitor individual KPIs (productivity, quality, utilization, etc.), create reports, raise the flag, and dive deep on deviations.
- Train and mentor other Associates to ensure a rapid ramp-up.
- Flag any process updates received from stakeholders to the Manager.
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience in catalog, data, or operations processes, with the ability to operate independently with mínimal direction.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, deduplication, formulas, PivotTables, filters, conditional formatting, charts).
- Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and the 7 QC quality tools.
