We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Content Manager (Instructional Developer) to lead our curriculum development division from our Noida office. In this senior leadership role, you will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of instructional developers while owning the end-to-end instructional design process. You and your team will transform complex clinical information into engaging, interactive, and visually stunning digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and develop a team of instructional designers and content creators. Guide their day-to-day work, provide constructive feedback on storyboards and modules, and ensure the team meets high-quality standards and production deadlines.
- End-to-End Course Development: Oversee and actively participate in the design and development of interactive, multimedia-rich eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Storyboarding & Scripting: Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clinical faculty to translate complex healthcare concepts into transparent, engaging storyboards and video scripts, ensuring your team executes these blueprints effectively.
