Core Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective leads to pitch products/services and handle incoming calls from existing customers needing assistance.
- Lead Generation: Gather customer specifications, identify qualified prospects, and pass hot leads to the sales team.
- Query Resolution: Answer questions regarding products, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Record all call interactions, update customer profiles, and log follow-up dates in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly metrics regarding call volume, conversions, and lead generation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
