Reporting To: Director - Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional techno-commercial quotations based on inputs received from the Sales team.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor order processing from receipt of Purchase Order through dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, technical seminars, and product launches.
- Maintain quotation records, sales reports,



order status, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and other commercial documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, Purchase Orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Assist the management team in preparing MIS reports, business presentations, and marketing documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of commercial records.
- Support day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Commercial, Accounts, and Logistics departments.
- Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office functions, preferably in an engineering or industrial automation company.
