Role Purpose

The HR & Admin Executive will support PT Ecological’s people operations and day-to-day administrative functions. The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate employee records, compliance with company policies, and efficient office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and employee communications.
- Maintain complete and confidential employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursement, and other employee data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities, performance-management processes, and training coordination.
- Respond to employee queries on HR policies, leave, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Support statutory compliance and required HR documentation.

Administration
- Oversee daily office administration, including supplies, stationery,



office facilities, utilities, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records, filing systems, and company asset registers.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, and internal events as required.
- Process purchase requests, invoices, reimbursements, and administrative expenses in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, building management, and government agencies when needed.
- Ensure the office is safe, organized, professional, and operationally efficient.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and administration; experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of HR administration, recruitment, attendance, payroll
