About Us

Premier Industrial Electronics Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the repair, sales, and servicing of industrial automation equipment, including AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, PLCs, HMIs, SMPS, Industrial PCBs, and Robotics. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
- Record purchase and sales entries.
- Prepare GST invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
- Handle GST data preparation and coordinate with the CA for GST filing.
- Maintain stock and inventory records (preferred).
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain employee expense records and reimbursements.




- Organize accounting documents and ensure proper record keeping.
- Assist in statutory compliance and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Tally ERP / TallyPrime (mandatory):
- GST accounting
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- MS Word
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Invoice Preparation
- Inventory Accounting (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of TDS
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Software Knowledge
- TallyPrime
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- ERP software (preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
