Job Title: Team Lead - High Value / Wedding Business:
Job Summary:
The Team Lead - High Value/Wedding Business is responsible for driving sales in the premium and wedding jewellery segment, managing a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on acquiring and nurturing high-value customers, achieving business targets, and ensuring seamless execution of wedding and premium jewellery sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the High Value/Wedding sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and wedding customers.
- Provide personalized consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate with store operations, merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, wedding campaigns, and events.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure superior service standards.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and share performance insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, luxury retail, or relationship management.
- Prior experience in handling premium customers, wedding sales, or team management preferred.
