Job Purpose

The Manager - Human Resources, Training & Sales Development is responsible for building, developing, and managing the company's human capital. The role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and creating a highly skilled, disciplined, and motivated workforce.

A major responsibility of this role is to continuously develop the sales organization through structured training, coaching, field support, performance monitoring, and leadership development to help achieve the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Prepare manpower plans in coordination with department heads.
- Recruit employees for Sales, Production, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Quality Control, and Administration.
- Publish job advertisements on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media,



and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate final interviews with management.
- Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.

2. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities.
- Prepare appointment letters and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Introduce new employees to company culture, policies, products, and departments.
- Ensure smooth integration of recent employees.

3. Learning & Development

Develop and implement annual training calendars.

Conduct and coordinate training programs on:
- Product Knowledge
- Sales Techniques
- Dealer Development
- Painter Loyalty Programs
