We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical Nurse (Staff Nurse) to provide high-quality patient care in a Multi-Speciality Hospital setting. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring clinical conditions, coordinating with doctors and allied departments, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the care journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT, and wards as assigned.
- Assess patient condition and record vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist consultants and duty doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and immediately report any changes in condition.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and update electronic medical records (EMR).
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.




- Follow infection control standards and maintain hygiene protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and support teams.
- Participate in emergency response and critical care management.
- Support discharge planning and patient counselling.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers or experienced nurses may apply.
- Certifications in BLS / ACLS preferred.
