Vardhman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Airfield Ground Lighting and AVDGS (Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems) solutions. We are expanding our international presence and diversifying into other airport solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to drive partnerships with OEMs in India and spearhead international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- International Market Expansion:
- Lead the expansion of our business into international markets for airfield ground lighting and AVDGS products by finding installation partners in other countries.
- Domestic Portfolio Expansion/Cross Selling.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for diversification into other airport solutions.
- Collaborate and cultivate relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for strategic partnerships to expand business in airports in India
- International Sales:




- Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to drive international sales of Airfield Ground Lighting products.
- Develop installation partners/Distributers to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base in other countries.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with international clients and OEM partners for recent domestic business

Requirements:
International Business Development and Sales, Export Sales, Distributer/Channel Partners management, Manning stall at international Expo, International Tendering, Incoterms, Global marketing, Strategic partnerships, Knowledge of ICAO/FAA/IEC standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
