Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators.
- Research trending topics, viral content, and competitors.
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Suggest current ideas to increase followers, engagement, and sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management.Preferred Qualifications




- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Experience in the health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and improve performance.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹11,382.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
