Customer Communication
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Provide order and dispatch updates.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and sample approvals.
- Resolve basic customer queries.
Sales Coordination
- Follow up on quotations sent by the sales team.
- Maintain customer database.
- Schedule customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Generate weekly follow-up reports.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams.
- Update customers on delivery timelines.
- Escalate urgent orders.
CRM Management
- Maintain all customer interactions in CRM software.
- Track pending quotations, orders, payments, and complaints.
- Prepare daily and weekly dashboards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narela, Delhi, Delhi
