Position Overview

This role demands a creative thinker who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives across various platforms and mediums.

Key Responsibilities -Experience working in an agency, event management firm, or branding studio.

Graphic Design Mastery:
Produce high-quality designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns.

Develop infographics, presentation materials, posters, and other creative assets.

Maintain a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all designs meet the highest quality standards.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:
Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative ideas.

Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster their growth.

Work closely with event planners, content writers, photographers, and external agencies.

Trend Awareness & Innovation:
Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry practices.

Integrate cutting-edge tools and techniques to enhance design quality and efficiency.





Experience:Min 7+ years of skilled experience in graphic design.

Video Editor:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, coherent, and visually appealing videos.
- Create and incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand project objectives and deliver the desired results.
- Continuously refine editing skills and adapt to changing video production trends.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to project deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:
Advanced expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects).

Skills in AI concepts and softwares.

Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively.

Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients or senior management.
