Overall Responsibilities

The GOSO Associate Director - SFO will work on critical capabilities for Eli Lilly & Company’s sales forces. These capabilities include sales force sizing, sales force structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, field call planning support, dashboarding, customer targeting among other strategic / operational workstreams.

Key accountabilities will include the following:
- Work on projects related to Sales Force Optimization areas like Sales Force Size & Structure, Territory Deployment, Call Planning, Energetic Targeting, Business Reporting
- Strong partnership & excellent communication with Lilly BLR & US stakeholders.
- Lead multiple projects on key SFO areas and ensuring quality and timely delivery
