Key Responsibilities:
Execute production activities as per production planning.

Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure timely production.

Plan shift-wise manpower and allocate work efficiently.

Coordinate with the Warehouse team for raw material availability.

Maintain BMR, logbooks, calibration records, and GMP documentation.

Ensure housekeeping of production areas and equipment.

Train production personnel on GMP practices.

Follow safety, quality, and company SOPs.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of API/Chemical production processes.
- Understanding of GMP, ISO documentation, and manufacturing principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹20,054.87 - ₹30,382.04 per month
