Role Description: The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office and field role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue for Glonia's Sealants & Adhesives portfolio. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying B2B leads, managing B2B client relationships, making sales calls and negotiations for Industrial Adhesive products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals and maintain strong customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline status to leadership. Participation in client meetings, industry events, and site visits will be required to strengthen brand visibility and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field is preferred; prior experience in B2B or multi-sector sales (industrial products and/or services) is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida, with willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms is an advantage
- Strong ethical standards, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to multi-task
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sealants & Adhesives industry; polymers, industrial chemicals, adhesives and bonding solutions

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
