Role Overview

This is an end-to-end HR role with a strong tilt toward Talent Acquisition (~70%). You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and corporate roles across our 20+ clinic network, while also supporting day-to-day HR operations — onboarding, documentation, compliance, and people experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Talent Acquisition (~70%)_
- Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles (dentists, implantologists, clinical coordinators) and non-clinical roles (operations, admin, marketing)
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews; coordinate with hiring managers and clinic heads
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for high-demand roles across cities
- Coordinate with clinic heads pan-India to forecast hiring needs before they become urgent
- Track TA metrics — time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source mix
- HR Operations (~30%)_
- Manage onboarding — documentation, credential verification, HRIS entry, and Day 1 readiness
- Maintain employee records; support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff across clinic locations
- Support compliance with employment contracts, MCI/state registration requirements, and labour law basics
