*Role Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic *Business Development Manager* to build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to drive patient referrals to our IVF center. You will be the face of Nova IVF in the medical community, promoting our clinical expertise and patient-centric services.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify, meet, and build long-term relationships with gynecologists, physicians, and other referring doctors in the assigned territory
- Educate doctors on Nova IVF’s treatments, success rates, technology, and patient support programs
- Organize CMEs, RTMs, health camps, and doctor engagement activities to increase brand recall
- Achieve monthly referral and revenue targets from empaneled doctors




- Map potential referral sources and maintain an updated doctor database
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient experience for referred cases
- Track competitor activity and share market insights with management

*Requirements*
- *Experience:* 3-8 years in sales/business development in hospitals, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare services. Experience in IVF/fertility is a robust plus
- *Education:* Graduate in any discipline. MBA/B.Pharm preferred
- *Skills:* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong field presence
- *Other:* Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally. Senior professionals aged 40+ are encouraged to apply
