Salary: Up to ₹1.5 Lakh/month

Requirements:
- Master's Degree + B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred)
- 10-15 years of experience in the education sector
- Minimum 5 years as Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head in a CBSE school
- Experience with Senior Secondary (XI-XII) preferred
- Solid knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, school administration, admissions, and staff management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academics and school operations
- Ensure CBSE compliance and academic excellence
- Manage faculty, student welfare, and administration
- Drive admissions, parent engagement, and school growth

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
